Please register online. You may pay by Visa or Mastercard. If you prefer to pay
by cheque, please print the summary at the end of the online registration process
(without hitting submit) and mail your cheque payable to the Association for Commuter
Transportation of Canada along with your completed registration form.
Please Note: The Sustainable Mobility Summit 2010 will be held at the Fairmont Chateau
Laurier Hotel. Hotel rooms in this prestigious hotel are in very limited supply
and book up quickly. Please visit the
Hotel tab for information on booking your hotel room at the Fairmont
Chateau Laurier either online or by phone (code=ACT 2010 Summit).

- Registration and other fees are subject to the Harmonized Goods and Services Tax
(13% HST).
- Full Summit registration includes admission to the technical program, continental
breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, beverage breaks, lunch on Monday, Tuesday
and Wednesday, welcoming reception on Sunday, evening dinner event on Monday and
Tuesday, all seminars and sessions, mobile workshops and the conference proceedings.
There is an additional charge for companions as listed.
- One-day registration includes continental breakfast, lunch on Monday, Tuesday or
Wednesday, breaks and seminar/sessions on the day for which you are registering.
You may not register for more than one day under this type of registration.
- Student registration – includes Day registration only. No evening events.
Cancellation Policy: Must be submitted in writing on or before the deadlines
below:
- 50% refund – before October 31
- 0% refund – November 1 onwards.
