Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund request must be received in writing.

Refunds for cancellation will be provided according to the following schedule:

100% refund of registration fees* if request is received on or before October 1, 2007

50% refund of registration fees* if request is received between October 2, 2007 and October 31, 2007

No refund of registration fees* will be provided for requests received after October 31, 2007. 

All payments must be made at time of registration

All funds are in Canadian dollars.

* Registration fees include all fees (basic registration fees, extra events or social activities, companion fees, professional development fees).
